- Explanation of the concept of Power Animals and ways they can assist in our daily lives.
- Understand the significance of connecting with a spirit animal.

25 minute guided shamanic drum journey where participants will have the opportunity to discover their power animal

Learn about their specific medicine, traits, energy and ways they can help you.

Art session where participants can paint or draw their Power Animal or any significant image.

We will discuss different ways to integrate and create a relationship with our Power Animal.

Guided meditation to energetically anchor and reinforce the connection with their Power Animal.
